Career Management Center

The Eberhardt School of Business is committed to ensuring the career success of our graduates. The Eberhardt Career Management Center is embedded within the school and supports students across our business degree programs in the development toward their individual professional goals. One of our key functions is facilitating connections between students and employers, in addition to providing critical career services that are tailored to the needs of students in a professional school.

To ensure a successful early career launch for each student, the Career Management Director develops and delivers formal curriculum and programming to prepare students for internship experiences and the professional world. The Career Management Center provides one-one coaching to students. Additionally, our support of Eberhardt graduates extends to our alumni to help them advance their professional careers.

The mission of the Eberhardt Career Management Center is to:

  • Provide superior career guidance that enables students to identify and realize their business career interests
  • Teach and develop the necessary skills to navigate the internship and job search successfully
  • Cultivate and develop long-lasting relationships with employers who offer internship and full-time opportunities in a diverse range of industries and business disciplines
